Trading Results 2013
In 2013, the total trading volume on the Ukrainian Exchange fell by 55% YOY to UAH 10,935,668,817 the total number of transactions decreased by 55% and reached 1,034,057.
The total trading volume on the derivatives market of the Ukrainian Exchange fell by 76% YOY to UAH 3,127,974,044 (3,370,708 contracts); the total number of transactions reached 599,876.
The total trading volume on the securities market fell by 29% YOY to UAH 7,807,694,773; the total number of transactions decreased by 38% and reached 434,181.
In 2013, equities marker became a volume leaded with total trading volume reaching UAH 5,146,303,746; followed by derivatives market – UAH 3,127,974 and investment certificate, bonds reached UAH 2,661,391,027.
Trading Structure of the Ukrainian Exchange in 2013
At the end of the year 2013, the UX Index calculated by the Ukrainian Exchange fell by -4.26% to 910.04 points.

In 201, equities of Motor Sich (MSICH) became the turnover leader with the total trading volume reaching UAH 537,655,520 followed by Ukrtelekom bonds series Q (UTEL15) – UAH436,344,460 and Ukrtelekom bonds series P (UTEL14) – UAH 401,282,200. Their total turnover share reached 16.62%, 13.49% and 12.41%, respectively.
