Monthly Wrap-Up: November, 2014
On November 2014, the total trading volume on the Ukrainian Exchange fell by 23.24% and reached UAH 647,433,026; the total number of transactions decreased by 7.10% and hit 42,865.
The total volume on the derivatives market of the Ukrainian Exchange grew by 0.56% and reached UAH 131,006,196 (121,310 contracts); the total number of transactions reached 15,081.
The total trading volume on the securities market fell by 27.59% and reached UAH 516,426,831; the total number of transactions reached 27,784.
At the end of the month, the UX Index calculated by the Ukrainian Exchange fell by 12.8% to hit 971.77 points.
Most effect was coming from the shares of Ukrnafta (UNAF) -32.4 points, Raiffeisen Bank Aval (BAVL) -28.18 points and Krukivsky Carriage Works (KVBZ) -21.06 points.
At the end of the month, the top sellers were shares of Ukrnafta, the trading volume reached UAH 34,165,548 followed by shares of Motor Sich – UAH 21,029,449 and Centerenergo– UAH 12,678,521. Their total turnover in shares reached 25.98%, 15.99% and 9.54% respectively.
