Securities of two foreign issuers to be admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Exchange

On February 02, 2015 the following securities will be added to the exchange’s list (to be more exact to the "non-listed" securities section):

• Common registered shares of Ukrproduct Group Ltd (issuer’s ID in the country of origin – 88352; ticker in the trading system – UKRP).
• Ordinary shares in the form of Global Depositary Receiptsof MHP S.A. (issuer’s ID in the country of origin – B 116838; ticker in the trading system – MHPC).
