Bonds of LLC "Factoring Finance" transferred from the second to the zero level of listing

Effective November 02, 2015, ordinary registered bonds of LLC "Factoring Finance", series A and B, (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 36125262; ticker in the trading system – FFIN01 and FFIN02)excluded of the 2nd tier of the quotation list and transferred to the stock exchange list of "non-listing" securities of Ukrainian Exchange. Transference takes place in accordance with 17.3.1 of the Trading rules of PJSC "Ukrainian Exchange".
