Monthly Wrap-Up: November 2015

On November 2015, the total trading volume on the Ukrainian Exchange fell by 9.05% and reached UAH 553,696,749; the total number of transactions decreased by 2.61% and hit 16,249.

The total volume on the derivatives market of the Ukrainian Exchange fell by 34.16% and reached UAH 107,168,717 (41,504 contracts); the total number of transactions increased by 21.75% and reached 4,238.

The total trading volume on the securities market grew by 0.11% and reached UAH 446,528,032; the total number of transactions decreased by 9.03% and reached 12,011.

At the end of the month, the UX Index calculated by the Ukrainian Exchange fell by 9.71% to hit 716.19 points.

Most effect was coming from the shares of Azovstal Iron and Steel Works(AZST) -37.41 points,Centerenergo (CEEN) -25.39 points and Ukrnafta (UNAF) -15.43 points.

At the end of the month, the top sellers were shares of of Azovstal Iron and Steel Works – UAH 5,469,896 followed by Centerenergo – UAH 5,195,974 and Ukrnafta – 4,993,635. Their total turnover in shares reached 10.02%, 9.52% and 9.15% respectively.
