Shares of PJSC "Motor Sich", transferred from the first to the second tier of the Quotation List

Effective January 14, 2016, common registered shares of PJSC "Motor Sich" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 14307794; ticker in the trading system – MSICH) are transferred from the 1st to the 2nd tier of the quotation list of Ukrainian Exchange. Transference takes place in accordance with 16.3 of the Trading rules of PJSC "Ukrainian Exchange".
