Shares of MHP S.A. are transferred to the 2nd tier of the Quotation list

   Effective February 22, 2016, ordinary shares in the form of Global Depositary Receipts of MHP S.A. (issuer’s ID in the country of origin– B 116838; ticker in the trading system – MHPC) will be transferred to the 2nd tier of the Quotation list of the Ukrainian Exchange.
