The list of Shares to be removed from the Exchange’s List of stocks (10.02.2017)
According to the law of Ukraine "About making alteration to some legislative acts of Ukraine in relation to the protection of rights for investors" (on April, 7, 2015 N 289-VIII) some common (public) companies have made a decision to become private corporations.
"Ukrainian Exchange" according to the Article 24 law of Ukraine "About joint-stock companies" (on September, 17, 2008 N 514 – VI) obliged to remove them from the Exchange’s List of stocks.
