Bonds of PJSC "Ukrgasbank" series D, to be admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Exchange

On April 27, 2011, the following securities will be added to the exchange’s list (to be more exact to the so called "non-listed" securities section):

• Ordinary registered bonds of PJSC "Ukrgasbank", series D (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 23697280; ticker in the trading system – UGZB04).

These bonds are admitted to trading in the quote-driven section of the stock market.
