Placement of registered coupon bonds of PJSC "Kyivhlib", series A

From May 23, 2011 to May 14, 2012 registered coupon bonds of PJSC "Kyivhlib" (KHLB01), series A will be placed on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

The bonds will be placed in the trading system on weekdays from 11.00 am to 3:00 pm local time according to the regulations.

PJSC "Asvio Bank" will be acting as the underwriter for this securities offering.
