Shares of three issuers to be admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Exchange

On February 28, 2013, the following securities will be added to the exchange’s list (to be more exact to the so called "non-listed" securities section):

  • Common registered shares of PJSC "Volyngaz" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine –03339459; ticker in the trading system – VGAZ).
  • Common registered shares of PJSC "IPE "Kryvbasvybuhprom" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine –00190934; ticker in the trading system – KVPR).
  • Common registered shares of PJSC "Zaporizhzhya Abrasive Plant" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine –00222226; ticker in the trading system – ZABR).

  These shares are admitted to trading in the quote-driven section of the stock market.
