NSSMC decision to revoke the license of the Ukrainian Exchange has been halted

On November 17, 2015 the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) decided to revoke the license of the Ukrainian Exchange for professional activity on the stock market.

On December 11, 2015 according to the law On Licensing Certain Types of Activities, the Ukrainian Exchange go to the Licensing Expert and Appeal Board of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine with appeal to decision of NSSMC

According to Part 9 of Article 16 of the law On Licensing Certain Types of Activities the appeal has been halted NSSMC decision to revoke the license of the Ukrainian Exchange till the decision based on the results of the appeal will be done by Licensing Expert and Appeal Board of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine.
