Shares of PJSC "Kyiv Experimental Mechanical Plant", to be removed from the Exchange’s List of stocks
On April 24, 2017 the Quotation List Committee of PJSC Ukrainian Exchange has decided to remove shares of PJSC "Kyiv Experimental Mechanical Plant", from the Exchange’s List of stocks. This decision shall enter into force on April 25, 2017.
Exclusion of the securities from the Exchange’s List take place in accordance with 12.9 of the Trading rules of PJSC "Ukrainian Exchange", due to issuer’s re-registration as private joint stock company.
