Shares of PJSC "CNVCIF "Bogdan-Capital", transferred from the second to the zero level of listing

Effective March 02, 2015, common registered shares of PJSC "CNVCIF "Bogdan-Capital" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 36047620; ticker in the trading system – IFBOCA)excluded of the 2nd tier of the quotation list and transferred to the stock exchange list of "non-listing" securities of Ukrainian Exchange. Transference takes place in accordance with 17.3.1 of the Trading rules of PJSC "Ukrainian Exchange".
