Shares of PJSC "Khartsyzsk Tube Works", transferred from the second to the zero level of listing

Effective May 05, 2015, common registered shares of PJSC "Khartsyzsk Tube Works" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 00191135; ticker in the trading system – HRTR)excluded of the 2nd tier of the quotation list and transferred to the stock exchange list of "non-listing" securities of Ukrainian Exchange. Transference takes place in accordance with 17.3.1 of the Trading rules of PJSC "Ukrainian Exchange".
