Securities of two issuers transferred from the second to the zero level of listing

Effective December 01, 2015, securities of two issuers excluded of the 2nd tier of the quotation list and transferred to the stock exchange list of "non-listing" securities of Ukrainian Exchange. Transference takes place in accordance with 17.3.1 of the Trading rules of PJSC "Ukrainian Exchange":

• Registered Investment certificates of CNVMF "Viktoria" under the management of LLC "AMC "Forward" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 32439633; ticker in the trading system – IFVIK);
• Common registered shares of PJSC "CNVCIF "Rezolut" (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 37500450; ticker in the trading system – IFREZO).
