Shares of JSC "Retail Group" to be removed from the list of the Ukrainian Exchange

On May 23, 2018, the Quotation List Committee of the Ukrainian Exchange decided to exclude the following securities from the stock exchange’s list.

Ordinary registered shares of JSC "Retail Group", issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 33785657, ISIN - UA4000078893, ticker in the trading system – RTGR.

This decision becomes effective on May 24, 2018.
