Bonds of PJSC "Prominvestbank", series F, to be removed from the list of the Ukrainian Stock Exchange

On July 30, 2014, the Quotation List Committee of the Ukrainian Stock Exchange decided to exclude the following securities from the stock exchange’s list:

• Ordinary registered bonds of PJSC "Prominvestbank", series F (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine - 00039002), due to the end of the term to maturity.

This decision becomes effective on July 31, 2014.
