Bonds of LLC "Insight-Capital", series D, transferred from the second to the zero level of listing

Effective August 01, 2014, ordinary registered bonds of LLC "Insight-Capital", series D (issuer’s number in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine – 36799859; ticker in the trading system – INCA04) excluded of the 2nd tier of the quotation list and transferred to the stock exchange list of "non-listing" securities of Ukrainian Exchange. Transference takes place in accordance with 17.3.1 of the Trading rules of PJSC "Ukrainian Exchange".
